How to deal with the phenomenon of spraying between the filter plates when the plate and frame filter press filters
1. It may be that the feed pressure of the filter press pump is too high to cause spraying. Many users do not install a pressure gauge on the feed pipeline, which causes the feed pressure to run out of control and eventually causes spraying.
2. The pressing force for pressing the filter plate is not enough. After the feed pressure increases, the force between the filter plates will spread the filter plate to cause spraying.
3. The sealing surface of the filter plate has filter cakes and other debris attached to the surface, and there are always large gaps after the filter plate is pressed, so the sealing surface should be cleaned after removing the filter cake.
4. The sealing surface of the filter plate has a through groove or the filter plate itself has been damaged.
